Job Details: Job Location: Kingstree Plant Operations - Kingstree, SC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Summary:
To provide excellent customer service by creating a favorable image for Farmers Telephone Cooperative by maintaining buildings and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Reports to supervisor on the quality of contracted services.
Maintains inventory of supplies and materials.
Performs minor maintenance to buildings and properties as directed by Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
Performs janitorial duties as assigned by Office Facilities and Fleet Supervisor.
Picks up and delivers mail, packages and deposits as directed.
Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as directed.
Pay Information:
Hourly
Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities:
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift heavy loads, operate tractors, lawn equipment and chain saw
Desired Skills/Abilities:
Some experience with electrical, plumbing and janitorial repairs
Basic knowledge of personal computers
Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods of time
Walking, Stooping, Bending, Climbing, Reaching
Lifting up to 50 pounds
