YMCA at Donelson-Hermitage is Now Hiring for Building Services Attendant
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Shifts: Vary by location
- Donelson YMCA is hiring for Evenings & Weekends
- North Rutherford YMCA is hiring for 8am-1pm Mondays - Fridays
- Clarksville YMCA is hiring for Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays
Hey there! Are you someone who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment? If so, we’d love to have you on our team as a Building Services Attendant at the YMCA of Middle TN!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and spotless space for our members, guests, and staff. From cleaning locker rooms and wet areas to monitoring building safety and handling minor repairs, you’ll help us keep our facilities running smoothly and looking great!
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum Age: 18
- A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with cleaning and chemical safety procedures (preferred)
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to serve others
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Certifications: We’ll make sure you’re prepared with training in CPR/AED, First Aid, and YMCA safety procedures during your first 30 days.
