Broker Partner Manager

As a Broker Partner Manager, you will play an instrumental role in expanding one of HiBob’s fastest-growing initiatives: Partnerships. You will recruit and grow broker partnerships while driving revenue through partner referrals and deal influence.

Base salary for this role ranges from $119,000 to $160,000 per year. In addition, this role includes a 30% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.

• 3+ years of  Partner management experience at a high growth SaaS company, or Broker partner.
• HR tech, payroll, benefits, or broker-channel experience preferred.
•  Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a revenue target 
• Comfortable with ambiguity and broker a Channel partner book of business from scratch (not just managing an existing one) 
• Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment

• Drive growth across HiBob’s Americas employee benefits broker channel by building engagement strategies that create qualified pipeline for the Sales team.

• Recruit, activate, and grow employee benefits brokerage firms, producers, and client managers.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts.
• Become an expert in communicating the value of HiBob’s Partner Program and continuously refine partner recruitment approaches.
• Identify and prioritize the right partners for the program, with a focus on the North American market.
• Establish and maintain monthly engagement cadences with existing partners to foster ongoing pipeline growth and keep HiBob top of mind.
• Organize and host partner engagement activities, including lunch-and-learns, co-marketing campaigns, and webinars, to deepen relationships and drive mutual success.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to create a seamless experience for new partners and their clients, supporting strong partnership and customer outcomes.
• Create presentations that clearly communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, build organizational buy-in, and advance execution.
