BRIO Fitness Training Specialist

What You’ll Do 

• Lead engaging small-group training sessions  
• Partner with physical therapists to create a seamless transition from rehab to fitness 
• Build individualized programs that meet clients where they are and take them further  
• Motivate, educate, and build lasting relationships with clients  
• Keep schedules and client records organized 
• Ensure a smooth, professional experience from the first session to create long-term success  

What We’re Looking For 

• Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or personal training (preferred)  
• Experience with physical therapy, older adults, or special populations is a plus  
• Strong communicator who can connect, motivate, and lead with confidence  
• A coach who brings energy, motivation, and accountability 
• A strong personal desire to learn and grow professionally
