Job Summary
TownePlace Suites by Marriott is seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to help deliver a welcoming and well-prepared complimentary breakfast experience for our guests. This part-time morning position is perfect for someone who enjoys early shifts, takes pride in cleanliness and presentation, and enjoys interacting with guests in a positive way.
As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll help start each guest’s day on the right note by ensuring our breakfast area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area prior to service
- Maintain food stations by replenishing items and ensuring proper presentation throughout breakfast hours
- Keep breakfast and dining areas clean, organized, and sanitized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards at all times
- Monitor food temperatures and report any concerns to management
- Assist guests with questions or requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Break down and clean the breakfast area after service
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of service and storage areas
- Report maintenance or supply needs promptly
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Schedule
- Part-time, early morning shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
