Job Details: Job Location: Green Fields Market - Greenfield, MA, Salary Range: $18.70 - $20.00Hourly, ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL JOBS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience working in a retail bakery. Demonstrated expertise in development and production of at least one major area of bakery production (bread or pastry). Successful track record in serving the public.
Demonstrated track record in leadership, reliability and maintenance of commitments.
Knowledge of natural foods, nutrition and dietary restrictions.
Willingness and ability to project friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work independently and manage time productively.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, handle multiple demands, work in close quarters and under pressure.
Manual dexterity with hazardous equipment.
Strong communication and leadership skills -- clear manager, good listener, strong team member.
Familiarity with financial statements and a firm grasp of margin and pricing.
