Position Overview:

The Brand & Marketing Optimization Manager supports SERVPRO Team Zubricki’s marketing leadership and sales organization across 28 franchise locations and multiple markets. This role develops and executes integrated brand, digital marketing, outreach, and optimization strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities, improve team effectiveness, and support revenue growth.

The Manager serves as a hands-on strategic partner to sales representatives through quarterly one-on-one meetings and timely marketing support. The role connects sales and marketing priorities, strengthens a consistent Team Zubricki brand, and develops customized outreach programs and materials aligned with territories, target verticals, and business objectives.

The Manager will also support the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across marketing and sales-support activities by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, content quality, personalization, workflow, responsiveness, and measurable performance while maintaining appropriate human oversight, accuracy, confidentiality, and data safeguards.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Content & Marketing Strategy

• Maintain consistent SERVPRO Team Zubricki brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across digital, print, media, and other channels.
• Develop, create, and oversee marketing materials including graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media content, advertisements, videos, podcasts, banners, brag books, and before-and-after features.
• Develop and coordinate monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and vertical-specific marketing campaigns that support sales priorities and promote mitigation, construction, large-loss, and other service lines.
• Research markets, target audiences, territories, verticals, and competitors and translate findings into actionable marketing and outreach strategies.

AI & Marketing Optimization

• Develop and coordinate responsible AI strategies that improve research, content creation, personalization, campaign planning, sales enablement, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Evaluate and coordinate approved AI tools, establish practical workflows and quality-control standards, and provide training and resources to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Monitor results and ensure AI-assisted work maintains appropriate human review, factual accuracy, brand compliance, confidentiality, and data protection.

Digital, Website & Social Media

• Develop and optimize SEO strategies for Team Zubricki websites and web content to improve search visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
• Manage the Web-Stages program and establish goals and performance measures with the objective of achieving and maintaining Stage 5, or the current applicable standard, in each market.
• Develop and oversee a unified social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Yelp, BBB, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage content calendars, platform standards, team participation, social listening, performance reporting, and approved AI-assisted workflows to improve engagement, visibility, traffic, and lead generation.

Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Partner with sales representatives, marketing leadership, franchise teams, and other departments to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Conduct quarterly one-on-one meetings with sales representatives and provide customized marketing tools, content, campaigns, and outreach support based on territory and target verticals.
• Develop and improve lead capture, intake, and routing processes across franchise locations.
• Support ERP and relationship-building opportunities through Signal, Intent, Engage, and other approved lead-generation tools.
• Support call performance tracking through Dialpad, Invoca, or other approved platforms and identify opportunities to improve response times, call handling, and conversion.

Reputation, Partnerships & Market Development

• Develop and maintain systems for tracking Google reviews by location and, when applicable, by crew chief and project manager. Support initiatives that improve review volume, response quality, and local reputation.
• Coordinate with regional marketing resources and local franchises to maximize RAMP funds and franchise partnership opportunities.
• Develop promotional-item strategies and coordinate branded materials for sales representatives, client meetings, events, trade shows, conferences, and campaigns.
• Support marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness, engagement, customer retention, and lead generation among past residential and commercial customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the service industry.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a process-driven, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple markets, projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience developing marketing content across digital, print, presentation, video, and social media channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO, website performance, social media, digital analytics, review platforms, and current business technologies.
• Experience using AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools, with an understanding of appropriate human review and data safeguards.
• Ability to analyze performance data, establish meaningful metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate sales needs into effective, on-brand marketing solutions.
• Experience in commercial cleaning and restoration, insurance, property services, or a related industry preferred.

• Availability to respond to urgent marketing needs outside normal business hours when business conditions require immediate support.
