Brand and Community Reputation Manager

Description

We are looking for a Brand and Community Growth Manager to join Walker Advertising and lead the organic awareness engine within our growing organic digital ecosystem. This role owns organic social execution and online reputation management across our portfolio, including Los Defensores, our Spanish language legal referral service that connects accident victims with attorneys in the Hispanic community.

This role goes beyond traditional social media management. It brings short form organic social content, community engagement, and reputation management together into a single function focused on growing brand awareness, audience, engagement, and inquiries. The ideal candidate understands short form video culture across Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, knows how to build authentic community presence on platforms like Reddit, and can protect and strengthen brand reputation through reviews and responsive engagement.

As our organic ecosystem expands across SEO, GEO, YouTube, email and CRM, web, and reputation management, this person will make sure our social profiles and community presence drive top of funnel brand awareness and turn that attention into engaged audiences and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social channel execution across short form platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, supporting brand awareness content.
• Develop and publish bilingual English and Spanish social content that grows audience, engagement, and organic brand search.
• Build and lead a new Reddit strategy targeting accident and legal related subreddits, engaging with users in an authentic, transparent, and helpful way rather than through promotional messaging.
• Manage online reputation across review platforms by encouraging positive reviews, responding promptly, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and conversations across social and community platforms, and respond in a timely and on brand manner.
• Plan and maintain a bilingual organic social content calendar aligned with broader campaigns, educational content, community initiatives, and seasonal themes.
• Repurpose YouTube, web, and educational content into short form social and community formats that support awareness and engagement.
• Partner with SEO, GEO, YouTube, email and CRM, web, creative, and brand teams to align social and reputation efforts with the broader organic ecosystem.
• Grow audience, engagement, and referral traffic to Los Defensores properties through organic social and community efforts.
• Identify emerging platforms, formats, trends, and community opportunities relevant to accident, injury, and safety audiences.
• Track and report on social and reputation performance, translating data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Maintain organized content calendars, asset trackers, response guidelines, and reporting materials.
• Help ensure all social and community activity follows brand standards, legal sensitivity, accessibility best practices, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, community management, online reputation management, or a related digital marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred, with the ability to create culturally relevant content for English and Spanish speaking audiences.
• Hands on experience creating and publishing short form video content for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Experience building authentic organic community presence on platforms such as Reddit, forums, or similar communities.
• Experience managing online reviews and reputation across platforms such as Google, Yelp, or similar review sites.
• Strong understanding of organic social growth, engagement strategy, content trends, and platform best practices.
• Familiarity with social media management, listening, and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Brandwatch, or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret social and reputation metrics and turn data into clear recommendations that improve awareness and engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, content direction, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar workflow tools.
• Experience working with lead generation, multicultural marketing, legal services, healthcare, financial services, or consumer education brands is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control.

Compensation

$93,000 - $122,000 base salary plus 10% annual bonus
