partner closely with dispensaries across Oregon to deliver products customers trust while continuing to
grow our presence in key markets.
Position Overview
We are hiring Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to support our Eugene territories. This is a
field-based role focused on building relationships with dispensaries, educating budtenders and customers,
and supporting in-store promotions and events.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with dispensary staff and retail partners.
Educate budtenders and customers on products, promotions, and brand messaging.
Execute in-store demos, pop-ups, and promotional events.
Provide feedback from the field on product performance and customer insights.
Support sales initiatives and brand visibility in assigned territory.
Transport and manage promotional materials as needed.

Travel & Driving Requirements

Regular travel throughout the employee's assigned territory is an essential function of this position and/or is related to a legitimate business purpose. Brand Ambassadors are required to independently travel between retail locations, promotional events, trade shows, company locations, and other assigned work locations, which may include multiple locations during the same workday.

Driving is an essential function of this position and/or is related to a legitimate business purpose due to the frequency of travel, changing event and retail schedules, transportation of company materials and event supplies, and the need to travel efficiently between assigned locations.

Employees must maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment, maintain a driving record that permits the employee to lawfully and safely perform the driving responsibilities of the position, and remain legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle for company business. Employees who use a personal vehicle for company business must maintain legally required automobile insurance and meet applicable company driving requirements. Buddies does not require the employee to own the vehicle used for business travel, provided that the employee has reliable and lawful access to an appropriately insured vehicle.

RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of age in accordance with state cannabis regulations.
Active OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory; valid driver's license and insurance
required for roles involving driving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on business needs.
Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to
50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Experience
Cannabis retail, brand ambassador, or field marketing experience.
Customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or promotions.
Strong cannabis product knowledge.
Compensation & Perks
$25.00 per hour.
