About the Role:Two Maids is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to help spread the word about our top-rated cleaning services! This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to represent a trusted brand, connect with the local community, and play a key role in driving business growth in any of the three areas we service. We are looking for an Ambassador on the Southside, Peninsula and the Richmond Metro area. Regardless of the area you would like to serve, please apply here.
Responsibilities:

• Represent the Two Maids brand at local networking events (BNI, Two-Twelve, Chamber), neighborhoods, and community gatherings
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through direct outreach and grassroots marketing
• Distribute promotional materials and communicate service offerings to potential clients
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community partners
• Track and report on outreach activities, leads, and conversions
• Collaborate with the local team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Serve as a positive, professional face of the brand in all customer interactions

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, social media, customer service, or brand promotion preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people in various settings
• Organized with the ability to track leads and report results accurately
• Passion for representing a quality brand and delivering excellent customer experiences

Compensation:
For a new Ambassador the structure will be as follows:

• $35 per meeting attended
• $75 for each new customer
• $100 for every new referral partner
• $100 monthly bonus if goals are met
