About the Role:UFC Gym in Corona, CA is seeking a passionate Boxing/Kickboxing/Muay Thai Coach to join our dynamic team! If you have a love for martial arts and a desire to inspire others, this is the perfect opportunity to share your skills and elevate our members' fitness journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and high-energy boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai classes for all skill levels.
• Develop and implement training programs that enhance members' skills and fitness.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help members achieve their goals.
• Coaches are given opportunities to book themselves leads and may sometimes be booked leads by Membership Specialists and Team Leaders, all of which Coaches have to convert into clients via having them sign up and buy sessions at UFC GYM. 
• Maintain a safe and positive training environment for all participants.
• Monitor and track member progress, adjusting programs as needed.
• Participate in promotional events and community outreach to grow the gym's presence.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to foster a supportive gym culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in martial arts training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai coach or instructor.
• Certification in relevant martial arts disciplines is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of varying fitness levels.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Coach will be required to attend the next scheduled UFC Gym Coach Certification.
