What we are looking for:

• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-driven setting.

• Passion for delivering top-tier hospitality and food service.

• Committed to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 35 lbs, performing hands-on tasks and comfortable working in a theatre environment with varying noise levels.

• Experience in restaurants, hospitality or fast food settings or experience as a cashier, host, hostess, greeter, ticket seller, or door person is a plus but not required.

What you will be doing:

• Greet guests, complete transactions, process loyalty sign-ups, and express appreciation.

• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and manage cash, tickets, and change securely.

• Enforce theatre policies, including curfew rules and movie rating restrictions.

• Promote sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and product sampling.

• Provide and operate assistive movie-going equipment for guests as needed.

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked box office and perform routine upkeep tasks.

• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

• Support company standards and assist with tasks assigned by management.

• Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.

Salary Estimate: $12.77/hr
