Perkins Restaurant is in search of an experienced bookkeeper. We are looking for a highly motivated, retail oriented individual with excellent communication and people skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
Some responsibilities include:
- Documenting transaction details
- Putting together financial reports
- Recording financial transactions
- Tracking payroll data
- Balancing safes/change orders
- Complete daily labor summaries
- Adding and balancing daily cash drawers
- Daily deposits
- Auditing invoices
- Assisting with hostessing and cashier duties as needed
