Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract
$85–$100/hour (Starting) | Flexible Scheduling | Supportive Clinical Team

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate ABA services—and just as importantly, supporting the clinicians who make that possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical integrity
- Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and maximize outcomes
- Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization
- Design and adapt individualized programs based on client progress
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education
- Strong data collection, analysis, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
