What You'll Do
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners.
- Deliver caregiver training and support meaningful skill development.
- Ensure services are delivered ethically, effectively, and in accordance with BACB standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Georgia licensure or eligibility to practice behavior analysis in Georgia.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
