Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$90–$100/hour | Contract | Flexible Schedule

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

Oversee and support paraprofessionals.

Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.

Provide parent/caregiver training.

Develop individualized treatment programs and behavioral strategies.

Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.
What We’re Looking For
-
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Current BCBA certification and required state licensure.

Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education.

Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
