Job Summary
The Children’s Home Network—Tampa Bay oldest nonprofit organization—seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its innovative residential program providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in foster care.
The children served by this program have been diagnosed with autism or a related disorder while also experiencing the effects of complex trauma. CHN’s BCBAs help these children achieve stability and prepare for a safe return to a family-based setting by supporting their development, behavior change, and healing.
The program is ideal for ABA professionals who seek to maximize the impact of their work by serving our community’s most at-risk children.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Capable of Passing Level 2 Background Screening
Essential Functions
- Completes Preference Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Completes assessments such as the Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, MOAS, and FAST.
- Develops and reviews behavior plans.
- Delivers behavioral services including direct behavior therapy and caregiver training.
- Assists with the application of the campus 3-tier positive behavior supports approach to campus behavior management, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions in addition to billable tier 3 services.

Supporting & Empowering Educational & Developmental Services (SEEDS): is an intervention program that works collaboratively with schools, family members, and the community to ensure children are ready for kindergarten, promoted at the end of the school year, and reading on level by third grade in Hillsborough County.
Fostering Families: is committed to recruiting, preparing, and supporting foster families and to nurturing children and mentoring families as a whole, striving to keep siblings together, while providing safety and permanency through reunification and family restoration.
Kinship: provides support to relative caregivers by helping families connect to necessary services, expanding family support systems, and reducing stress to promote family stability in Broward, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
Pinellas Support Team (PST): is a behavioral health and tutoring program that provides services to families residing in Pinellas County with children in pre-kindergarten through high school, who are experiencing difficulties.
Healthy Families Hillsborough: This nationally accredited home visiting program for expectant parents and parents of newborns experiencing stressful life situations improves childhood outcomes and increases family self-sufficiency by empowering parents through education and community support.
Caregiver Support Services: offers comprehensive support to caregivers and their families to prevent child abuse and neglect, serving Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
