Expo is also responsible for making all shakes, floats, and ice cream cups.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor incoming orders and communicate with all kitchen stations.
Coordinate grill, fry, buns, and other kitchen stations to complete orders efficiently.
Verify every order before it leaves the kitchen.
Check for correct food items, toppings, sauces, sides, and modifications.
Ensure food is properly portioned and presented.
Identify missing or incorrect items before the order reaches the customer.
Communicate corrections clearly and respectfully to kitchen employees.
Keep the expo area clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
Assist with prioritizing orders during busy periods.
Maintain awareness of ticket times and communicate delays to management and the appropriate team members.
Work closely with all employees to ensure smooth service.
Make all shakes, floats, and ice cream cups according to Blue Sky recipe and standards.

            The expo will show up to work on time, in uniform, and ready to work. The expo is the final quality-control point before food reaches the customer. Accuracy, communication, speed, organization, and attention to detail are absolutely essential.QualificationsPrior experience preferred
