Job DetailsJob Location: Blue Sky - Garden City, KS 67846Education Level: NoneTravel Percentage: NoneThe busser is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area while supporting both the customers and front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilites

Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave.
Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, high chairs, and other dining surfaces.
Keep floors and dining areas clean and free of debris.
Empty trash when needed.
Restock napkins, condiments, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
Maintain clean and organized customer areas.
Assist customers when appropriate, whether it be with getting to go boxes, extra sauces that aren’t charged, or helping move tables for larger parties.
Keep restrooms and common areas clean according to restaurant procedures.
Communicate cleaning or maintenance issues to management.
Assist cashiers and other front-of-house employees when needed.
Follow all sanitation and food-safety requirements.

Expectations

            The busser should stay active and aware of the restaurant’s needs throughout the shift. Clean dining areas and restrooms is everyone’s responsibility, and bussers should take initiative rather than waiting to be directed.QualificationsPrior experience preferred
