Lead Generation (Setter Role)

• Travel with your team to targeted markets
• Knock residential neighborhoods to generate homeowner leads
• Introduce Nova Windows and spark interest in upgrades
• Set in-home or virtual appointments for consultations
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency and home value

Growth Opportunity (Closer Role)

• Top performers can quickly advance into closing roles
• Run in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
• Guide homeowners through product options and pricing
• Close deals and drive higher earnings
