Job Details: Job Location: BJACDJR LLC - Watertown, NY, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00Hourly, Job Category: Accounting, Bob Johnson Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Watertown is looking for a part-time Billing clerk. Responsibilities include processing billing for deals (including checking over and printing all deal paperwork). In addition, you’ll be responsible for filing, answering phones and performing some light accounting duties.
Scheduling will be an average of 15-20 hours per week (with daily working hours of 3pm to 7pm). There is a possibility of being scheduled a few Saturdays per month.
Pay range is $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Will be trained on dealership computer systems
Professional personal appearance
Ability to work and communicate well with customers and employees
Punctual, consistent, and reliable attendance is essential
