Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Job Details: Job Location: JBBS - San Antonio, TX, Salary Range: $16.00Hourly, Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish language.

Responsibilities:

Process and input customer orders and purchase orders
Check for product availability
Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests
Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department
Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits
Work with Accounts Receivable about customer accounts
Answer phone calls, keep up with daily emails and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
Other general office duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits:

$16/hour, paid weekly
Paid Time Off after 60 days
Monday - Friday schedule
