This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays.  Cleaning all coolers, as well as the back bar, front bar surfaces, and display areas. Cleaning and wiping all display bottles, Point of Sale displays and any other items on surfaces in view of the internal or external guest
• Maintaining cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, ensuring that area is well stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and other related products

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

• Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance.

• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
