Job Description
Serving working families since 1951 across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand — alongside our New York affiliate, National Income Life Insurance Company — we specialize in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage for members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. Role responsibilities
- Deliver enrollment materials and walk through eligibility requirements.
- Handle inbound service calls with prompt, clear resolutions.
- Return client calls and follow up to closure.
- Prioritize client needs while answering coverage questions.
- Use a structured needs analysis to prepare and present tailored policy options.
- Join ongoing training and partner with leadership to stay current on products and policies.
