Accountabilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through professional and personable virtual interactions.

• Conduct secure virtual consultations and provide clear guidance based on clients’ needs and circumstances.

• Communicate information about available life, accident, and supplemental health coverage in a clear and approachable manner.

• Manage appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and client communications effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Deliver a consistently high level of client service while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Participate in required training, coaching sessions, virtual meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

• Work toward performance objectives while developing strong relationship-management and communication skills.

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

• Friendly, personable, and relationship-oriented approach that helps establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and multiple client interactions.

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using virtual meeting platforms, digital documentation tools, and online communication systems.

• Coachability and willingness to learn new products, processes, and industry requirements.

• Previous insurance experience is not required; comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided.

• Leadership or management experience is considered an asset and may support future career advancement.

• Candidates must meet applicable legal, licensing, and eligibility requirements for the location in which they work.

• Candidates must have access to a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, high-speed internet connection, and professional remote workspace.

• Where required, candidates must complete applicable licensing coursework, examinations, and regulatory requirements before conducting licensed insurance activities.
