No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to help motivated individuals get started and grow.

What You'll Do

As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll combine customer care, benefits education, and enrollment support.

Client Care & Benefits Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
• Answer questions regarding life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
• Explain benefit options in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Help clients determine which available options fit their individual needs
• Provide professional, personalized customer service throughout the process

Enrollment Assistance

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required forms and documentation
• Review information for accuracy and completeness
• Explain next steps following enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing support with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service needs

Relationship Building

• Build trust through professionalism, communication, and exceptional service
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and families
• Follow up with clients regarding questions and service requests
• Deliver a positive client experience before, during, and after enrollment

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have access to a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
