**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN**
Assignment of Functions and Responsibilities:
General metal fabrication techniques such as washing, grinding, sanding, drilling, and deburring to specification and all tools involved
Basic knowledge of various metal types and the appropriate abrasives used to achieve required finishes
Ability to maintain proper ergonomics preventing injury
Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints and specifications
Measuring with tape measure and/or micrometers and calipers
Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances
Notifying supervisor when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operations
Responsible for recording accurate job labor using electronic tracking
Maintain clean equipment/tools and work area
Follow established safety procedures and use required PPE
Achieve Crane/Hoist training (internal certification)
Perform all other jobs as assigned
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
6 months of metal fabrication, heavy assembly, or similar experience
Follow detailed verbal and written instruction while working independently
Attention to detail and part preservation through careful handling and movement
Push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and grasp as necessary
Lift 50 lbs. without assistance
