Overview
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal full-time or part-time Bell Attendant to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Bell Attendant, you will support day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guests have everything they need during their stay.

Unit Description
Delaware North is the food and beverage, retail, and lodging partner at The Gideon Putnam, dating back to 2008. Set in Saratoga Spa State Park, The Gideon Putnam is a 7-minute walk from Saratoga Performing Arts Center and 7 miles from the boutique shops and restaurants of downtown Saratoga.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with luggage at check-in and check-out, and show them to their room
- Explain room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and the television, to guests
- Provide guests with local information, recommendations, and directions
- Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals.
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles when required
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight
