Bell Attendant (on-call)

Schedule Details:

This is an on-call position with a typical schedule of two shifts per week (one weekday and one weekend day). Shift times vary based on business needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Flexibility in scheduling is required.

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner. 

• Assist guests with luggage transportation, storage, and retrieval. 

• Escort guests to their accommodations and explain resort amenities and services. 

• Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation options. 

• Deliver guest requests, amenities, packages, and messages in a timely manner. 

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a service-focused approach. 

• Maintain luggage storage areas and bell service records. 

• Support lobby operations and assist with guest arrivals and departures. 

• Uphold resort service standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.
