Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Assess patients physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs considering diagnosis, age, care setting, desire for care and response to care plan.
- Plan care, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
- Deliver competent care as required by patient, plan of care, and care setting.
- Evaluate patients responses to care.
- Provide interactive patient and family education.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
Job Requirements
Required
- 2 years RN experience in a Mental Health unit
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association
