Greystone Programs, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Behavior Specialist with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our behavior supports team. In this role, you'll apply ABA principles to design and implement individualized behavior support plans that help the people we support thrive, while mentoring and training the direct support staff who work alongside them every day.

What You'll Do

Conduct ABA-based functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and observations in home and community settings.
Develop, write, and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans grounded in ABA methodology and positive, least-restrictive approaches.
Apply ABA techniques, including reinforcement strategies, discrete trial training, and antecedent-based interventions, to reduce challenging behaviors and build adaptive skills.
Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data using ABA data collection methods to identify trends and refine treatment strategies.
Train and mentor direct support staff on ABA principles and Behavior Support Plan implementation.
Write and review semi-annual/quarterly psychological reviews and behavioral assessments.
Serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team, collaborating with families, psychiatric/psychological consultants, and internal committees.
Ensure all interventions comply with OPWDD regulations.
Provide crisis intervention support.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Applied Behavior Analysis + 1 year of supervised experience in a residential/community setting with individuals with I/DD; OR Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of related behavioral management experience with individuals with I/DD.
Demonstrated experience applying ABA principles and interventions in a clinical or residential setting; BCBA or pursuing certification a plus.
Working knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and best practices in the I/DD field.
Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems.
Valid driver's license.
