Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? Do you not mind a job that has you cleaning saunas and on your feet/ active for 6-7 hour-long shifts? We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

• Flexibility to choose shifts We build the schedule monthly (20th of the month) and assign 15-20 hrs per week to you around your obligations (i.e. school, childcare, FT job). There are aften opportunities to pick up additional shifts if 30 hrs is desired.  
• Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase

Approximate shifts are listed below.  

• Monday-Friday: 6:30am-12:30pm
• Monday - Friday, 4:30pm-9:30 pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday - Sunday: 1:30pm to 7:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• SELL: Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• CLEAN: Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• BOOK GUESTS: Bring your high-energy to reach out to those that have submitted their name/phone number to us, and book their first appointment. 
• RECOMMEND: Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• SERVE: Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• TOUR: Give studio tours to new guests
