SBC Lakeland is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive BDC, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership sales and service opportunities.
QualificationsResponsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, texts, and internet leads
Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Provide a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

Qualifications

Previous automotive BDC experience required
Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills
Experience working with CRM systems
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Professional attitude and appearance
