Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Earning Potential: $45,000–$75,000+ Annually
Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses
Part-time earnings are pro-rated based on hours and performance.

We are looking for motivated, competitive, and results-driven BDC Sales Associates to join our dealership team.

This is not a traditional BDC position where you simply wait for internet leads to come in. Your primary responsibility will be to create sales opportunities from our existing customer database by identifying customers who may be ready to trade, upgrade, replace a vehicle, or return from a previous sales opportunity.

Your activity and results directly determine your earning potential.

What You'll Do

Mine Our Customer Database
Work within our CRM, DMS, and available data-mining tools to identify customers with potential trade equity, upcoming lease maturities, ownership-cycle opportunities, and other reasons to upgrade their vehicle.

Generate Outbound Opportunities
Proactively contact existing customers, previous buyers, unsold prospects, aged internet leads, missed showroom traffic, and dormant leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.

Set Quality Appointments
Turn conversations into confirmed showroom appointments and create genuine opportunities for our sales team.

Re-Engage Previous Prospects
Follow up with customers who previously inquired, visited the dealership, or considered purchasing but did not complete a transaction.

Maintain High Daily Activity
Consistently meet expectations for outbound calls, conversations, appointments set, appointments shown, and resulting sales.

Own Your Results
Approach your database like your own book of business. The more opportunities you create and the more customers you bring into the dealership, the more you can earn.
Qualifications: What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Competitive and performance-driven — motivated by goals, commissions, and bonuses.
Comfortable on the phone — willing to make a high volume of proactive outbound calls every day.
Persistent without being pushy — capable of building rapport and creating a reason for customers to visit.
Organized and accountable — able to manage follow-up tasks and maintain accurate CRM records.
Technology comfortable — able to quickly learn CRM, DMS, texting, email, and database-mining platforms.
Positive and energetic — able to maintain enthusiasm throughout a high-activity workday.

Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, dealership sales, call-center, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

Full-Time

Guaranteed hourly/base pay
