Job DetailsJob Location: Pacific Companies - Dallas - Dallas, TX 75129Pacific Companies is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join the Business Development division at our headquarters in Orange County, CA. Working directly with senior leadership to initiate and engage with new potential clients, the ideal Business Development Representative has outstanding verbal and written communication skills and enjoys being on the phone, making calls, and unafraid to manage resistance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience. Travel for this position would be requires. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the healthcare industry or seasoned industry veterans who want the best compensation plan in the business.

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound calling and emailing in assigned territory
• Meet with healthcare professionals to present locums and permanent recruitment services
• Execute a consultative sales process designed to acquire our top clients
