Position Overview
The BCBA provides clinical leadership, develops individualized ABA programs, supervises RBTs, supports caregivers, and drives exceptional client outcomes through ethical and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain 25 billable hours weekly.
Conduct FBAs and behavioral assessments.
Develop and oversee treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs.
On-going caregiver training.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance and documentation.
QualificationsQualifications
Current BCBA certification.
Master's degree in related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with assessments and treatment planning.
