Position Title: Bartender

Department: Food & Beverage

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full Time/Part Time

Locations: Casual & Fine Dining Locations – Tram Dock, Rendezvous Alpine Kitchen, Casper Restaurant, Piste Mountain Bistro, and Trapper’s Restaurant

Job Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding guests’ needs  
• Make drinks for customers  
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant  
• Assist other members of restaurant team  
• Complete all side work tasks including but not limited to stocking and cleaning  
• A firm understanding of high-volume restaurants  
• Able to identify menu items  
• Operate cash register and computers to record all transactions  
• Able to work well in a stressful and fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.   
• Heads up bartending mentality

• A basic knowledge of wine  
• Basic knowledge of menu items including preparation techniques, ingredients and liquor drinks
• Attendance of all menus, service, and wine classes  
• Cash handling or register experience  
• Computer experience and/or willingness to learn  
• Ability to concentrate on tasks at hand
• Able to function and multi-task in a face paced environment  
• Heavy lifting to 50 lbs.
