If you’re a mixologist with personality and performance skills, this is your moment. As a Bartender at MaryJane’s, you’re the architect of the moment — crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience. 

🎸 Your Mission 

Behind the bar, you’ll mix precision with showmanship. You’ll own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time. 

🎤 What You’ll Do 

✅ Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair 
✅ Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times 
✅ Connect with guests while managing high-volume service 
✅ Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service 
✅ Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing 

💎 You’re a Great Fit If You… 

✨ Have 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue 
✨ Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen 
✨ Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
