Bartender (Part-Time)

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Schedule: 

• Must be available to work Tuesday nights 
• Additional weekend shifts available
• Flexibility is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and create memorable bar experiences for members and guests
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages to spec with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Handle transactions and operate POS system
• Contribute to a positive team culture and assist with opening/closing duties

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience strongly preferred
• Outgoing personality with great communication skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
