Bartender – Multiple Venues

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service and create extraordinary experiences for our members. Bartenders may be scheduled to work in any of our beverage service locations, including the Clubhouse Restaurant, Pool House, Turn House, Banquets, and Special events. Team members should be flexible and prepared to provide exceptional service in each venue as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks according to established recipes.
• Greet and assist guests promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide guests with menu and beverage selections.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, depending on the staffing needs of each outlet.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adhere to all legal and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
