Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks

Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to bar guests and dining room patrons

Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift

Follow recipes and presentation standards for all drink offerings

Accurately process cash and credit transactions

Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service

Restock bar items and support inventory tracking

Contribute to a fun, smooth-running service environment

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a casual or high-volume restaurant or bar

Familiarity with craft beer, classic and house cocktails, and basic wine knowledge

Experience with POS systems and bar service workflow

TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus

Skills and Qualities:

Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality

Ability to multitask and stay organized during fast-paced service

Strong communication and guest engagement skills

Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude

Attention to cleanliness, bar setup, and drink consistency

Comfortable working both behind the bar and engaging tableside when needed

Open availability including weekends and evenings
