🍻 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Bartender at Bar Hops, you’ll be mixing up more than just great cocktails—you’ll be creating high-energy moments for guests throughout our facility. From recommending drinks to keeping your bar clean, stocked, and compliant, you’ll lead the guest experience with professionalism and fun.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet, interact with, and serve guests with energy and hospitality.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per Bar Hops standards.
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with legal drinking age and alcohol service laws.
• Suggest drink pairings and promote Bar Hops specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Handle transactions through the POS system and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Uphold all food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations.
• Participate in weekly inventory and equipment checks.
• Collaborate with the Krave and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service.

🙌 WHAT IT TAKES:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and remain on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Safe Serve certification and Safe Serve Alcohol a plus (or willing to obtain).
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights.
