Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with resort standards and recipes

- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations during busy periods

- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and resort offerings to provide innovative options to guests

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional guest service

- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
