Position Overview:
Provide friendly, attentive, and personable service to guests
Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to restaurant standards/recipes
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers
Learn and confidently speak to our cocktail menu and tequila selection (suggestive selling)
Follow all restaurant, health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Help keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly
Be dependable, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed
Work well as part of a team
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Shift availability: Part time; primarily dinner shift 4pm-close; **weekend availability required**
Compensation: with tips; $22-$33 hour
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bartender experience required
Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Great attitude and positive outlook
Strong customer service
Team player with a strong work ethic
Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)

QualificationsJob Requirements:
A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
Great attitude and positive outlook
Strong customer service
Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
Excellent oral communication skills required
Relevant training or certificate
High School diploma/GED
Bartending experience preferred but not required
