You'll spend your shift steps from the sand, working alongside people who love the beach as much as you do, and become part of what makes this stretch of Pompano feel like home for the regulars and visitors who show up here every day.

You know your beer, wine, and cocktails, you take responsible service seriously, and you genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome. What You’ll Do
Pour beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks with speed and consistency
Check ID and keep every pour compliant and responsible
Take food and drink orders and keep payments moving smoothly
Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready for the next wave of guests
Team up with Shift Leads and crew to keep service running strong
