What You Will Do

As a Barista you will:

• Prepare and serve coffee espresso and specialty beverages
• Operate espresso machines and cafe equipment safely and efficiently
• Take guest orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Create a friendly welcoming and engaging guest experience

  • Previous barista or food service experience

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire

Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically active role Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift carry and move supplies and equipment
• Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
• Work quickly and safely in a fast paced environment
• Handle hot beverages equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain stamina and focus during busy service periods
