Barista

Baristas play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing efficient service, expertly crafted specialty beverages, and a welcoming café environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Contributions:

Manage customer flow by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Prepare specialty drinks with speed and accuracy, ensuring recipe adherence and visual appeal.

Collaborate with Team Members and leaders across departments to deliver consistent, knowledgeable customer service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive front-end and café station, including surrounding merchandising and service areas.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Previous customer service and specialty drink preparation experience preferred.

Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands:

Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.

Exposure to extreme cold environments at times.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.

Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.

Ability to stand and remain on feet throughout the workday.
