You'll spend your shift steps from the sand, working alongside people who love the beach as much as you do, and become part of what makes this stretch of Pompano feel like home for the regulars and visitors who show up here every day.

What You’ll Do
Craft coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks that hit the mark every time
Run the espresso machine, grinders, and blenders like a pro
Keep the beverage station stocked, organized, and ready for the next rush
Team up on order taking and POS to keep the line moving
Protect quality with sharp food-safety and sanitation habits
Jump in on the counter and other stations whenever the team needs you
