Are you looking for a fun, energetic work environment with great perks? Our Ka'anapali Restaurant is hiring a Part-Time Barback to support our bartending team and help keep the bar running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Position Details
- Location: Maui Brewing Co. Ka'anapali
- Job Title: Part-Time Barback
- Pay: $15.75/hour + tips
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Mondays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Fridays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Additional shifts may be available based on business needs.

Brief Overview
- Restock beer, spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, glassware, and equipment
- Assist bartenders with preparation, stocking, and service support
- Change kegs and replenish inventory as needed
- Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and friendly guest experience
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess (or be able to obtain) a Maui County Bar Card
- Positive, dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend availability required
