Job DetailsJob Location: Lake Hickory Country Club - HICKORY, NC 28601Inspect bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are on hand
Ø Request additional supplies as necessary
Ø Follow set-up procedures
Ø Attend pre-meal meetings as required
Ø Greet guests
Ø Take beverage orders
Ø Prepare garnishes, mixed and pre-mixed drinks
Ø Mix, prepare and serve drinks according to the recipes approved by the beverage manager
Ø Check back with member/guest to ensure satisfaction
Ø Help out food servers with service in dining room
Ø Consistently follow all sales income control procedures
Ø Verify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, and other charges on all bills
Ø Present bill to members/guests
Ø Handle all member charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures
Ø Keep assigned tables, lounge and bus station and other areas tidy and clean
Ø Advise supervisor of complaints as they occur
Ø Consistently comply with all state, local and club laws/policies relating to the service of alcohol
Ø Maintain and clean equipment
Ø Maintain records of liquors, beers, wines, and sundries to ensure bar stock is adequate at all times
Ø Clean and lock-up bar area according to Club procedures
Ø At the end of the evening, run DSR to close all tickets
